Return of a new trolley Route 3, and trolleys return to a modified Route 1. Day 2 sign situation better, but still issues
Kiepe 2065 at the second "new" layover point on Troy at Leonhard, two blocks south of Leo. The first layover was unacceptable to Dayton PD, so it was moved south two blocks.
Troy is a fairly narrow street, and for vehicles making left turns has pretty bad sight lines to begin with. The openness of the stop here helps with an eastbound Leonhard to northbound Troy left hand turn … but not at all with the bus there.
This would be the last bus to use this layover point, which lasted about 3 hours.
