ETIs 9849 and 9848 at Washington and Patterson Blvd on September 24, 2007. I suspect 9849 wanted to use the new wire on Jefferson and Warren, but found that the shorting jumper was still on the wires at Brown and Stewart -- hence the wires were unpowered Why 9848 was there was beyond me -- 9848 was signed for 2 Lexington Otterbein.
