Movies

REVISED NOTE: To get these movies to operate properly, you need some form of the MPEG-4 and/or Indeo 5.04 CODEC. While these CODECs appear in Windows Media Player 6 or better, this is no guarantee they'll play properly. Certain versions of Internet Explorer can also play them. I don't know what you do in case you have a Mac. Sometimes you have to download the file, and then run your player separately. The files are huge, so they'll take time to download.

Now, having said that, have fun!

Sleetscraper 633 with poles up operating in Mar 2000 on W Third. (510K)

ETI 9823 operating on battery power at Dixon and Far Hills on Rt 5 (718K) This little bit of streetwork was notable in that it was to repair a water main break. Not a big deal ... except for the long forgotten Dayton - Oakwood Street Railway tracks buried in Far Hills Ave. Not a pleasant discovery in the dead of winter. The main was patched in Feb 99, and overhauled in May 99. Note for the eagle eye: what's wrong with the picture?

Another ETI trolley operating off wire at Forrer and Far Hills on Rt 5 (583K)

Flyer 919 and ETI 9806 (?) scraping sleet on Rt 5, Far Hills Ave at Wisteria in Jan 1999 (960K)

An ETI scraping sleet on Rt 5, Far Hills Ave at Dixon in Dec 2000 (1.4M)
